The Labour Party presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi has lamented that majority of Nigerians were neglected by the government of the day.
He has therefore pledged to build a country that works for all Nigerians.
Obi made this promise today via his verified Twitter account.
The presidential candidate said that a government under his watch shall tackle the issue of security squarely so that Nigerians dwell in safety.
Obi further maintained that there is Nigeria but there were no Nigerians.
Obi tweeted :’There is Nigeria. But there are no Nigerians. Currently, Nigeria works for a small minority of people; Nigeria must work for ALL Nigerians. Nigerians must be able to dwell securely and in safety wherever they live. This is the first duty of government.
This makes security a top priority for me’.
