Prof. Emmanuel Achuenu has said the institution’s management has fully complied with the directive given by the state Assembly to reinstate one embattled Mrs. Grace Adah who was demoted since 2015 on alleged corruption from academic lecturer 1 to non-academic lecturer.

Speaking with select newsmen on the heels of the lawmakers 24 hour ultimatum, the Delta Poly Ogwashi uku Rector, was strident in his institution,s strict compliance with the directives of the lawmakers.

Achuenu , who cleared the air on perceived grey areas in the petition written by Mrs Grace Adah, said every point of the resolution of the house has been adhered to.

Achuenu noted that there was no way the school management would flout such an order.

In his statement, ” the action has been taken, we handed over the letter to the candidate”.

When contacted to confirm if she had received the reinstatement letter, Mrs. Grace Adah admitted and acknowledged the receipt of the letter, fully signed and dated.

Recall that, Mrs. Grace Adah had petitioned Delta state Polytechnic Ogwashi-Uku before the state Assembly accusing the school management of an “unjust demotion from academic lecturer 1 to non-academic lecturer”
