Operators of motorcycles (Okada) as commercial means of transportation in Nigeria are in for tough times.
The Federal Road Safety Corps has ordered a nation wide ban on okada riders without the National Vehicle Identification Scheme.
The acting corps Marshal , Dauda Ali-Biu made this announcement today in Abuja, the nation capital.
He also directed the 37 sector commanders to immediately enforce the order.
