Staff of the Ministry of Justice Delta State, have described the Solicitor-General/Permanent Secretary, Omamuzo Erebe Esq. as a man of exceptional qualities who has assisted in the transformation of the Ministry with the introduction of various innovations.
Some of the staff who spoke with journalists on the occasion of the Solicitor-General/Permanent Secretary’s birthday described their Boss as a dependable and result oriented personality.
The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Mrs Efe Jesin Odogun who spoke on the personality of Mr Erebe stated that, “our Boss is a workaholic, someone who makes things move with no room for idleness.
She added, ” He is a man whom you can never be his friend if you are the lazy type. If you are close to him, you will find out that he is very effective and focused on his job. You can only be his friend if you are a hard working staff”, She stated.
Mr. Eze-Owenz G., the Director of Advisory Services in the Ministry, described the Solicitor-General and Permanent Secretary as a nice man whose diligence to work has brought a lot of positive changes to the Ministry of Justice.
He stated further that the Solicitor-General/
Permanent Secretary has ensured that all staffs’ claims are paid up till date, while ensuring that Capacity building of staff is carried out regularly.
The Director of Legal Drafting, Mrs Rita Ekpemina, stated that Mr Erebe is the most benevolent human being she has ever come across. ” He is the most kind hearted person known to me. He is intelligent and a professional to the core. He is my mentor.” She concluded.
Mr Ernest Edonwonyi, a deputy Director in the Administration of Criminal Justice Department of the Ministry, who Presented a souvenir to the Solicitor-General , on behalf of the entire staff, stated that they were appreciating their Boss on the auspicious occasion of his birthday because of the love he has for every staff of the Ministry.
He reminded the Solicitor-General that since he came on board as the administrative head , he has not only brought sanity to the system , but he has introduced various reforms that has taken the Ministry to another level.
Mr Edonwonyi while appreciating Mr Erebe further for responding to their needs, claims and all welfare packages, advised him to always remain himself as a dependable person and never to deviate from that standard.
Staff in the Ministry prayed to God almighty while wishing him long life , good health and prosperity as they sent their birthday wishes.
Mr Erebe who was surprised with the presence of his staff in his office unannounced for his birthday celebration appreciated them for the gesture.
He pointed out that he was merely doing his job, stressing out that his attitude to life, has always being to treat others the way you will want to be treated.
He assured that he would continue to do his best and prayed God to bless all those who came to celebrate with him.
