Yesterday, the presidential candidate of All Progressives Congress Asiwaju Bola Tinubu was absent at the peace pact ceremony in Abuja.
Of the eighteen presidential candidates, Tinubu did not show up fuelling rumours about his state of health.
However, the national chairman of APC Senator Abdullahi Adamu and the vice presidential candidate of APC Kashim Shettima were present.
The peace pact is the initiative of the National Peace Committee.
A source close to Tinubu told The Pond news that the presidential hopeful was not sick.
Said the source:’Tinubu is not sick. I saw him before he travelled on Saturday night to London’.
The Pond news understands that whatever kept Tinubu from that important political ceremony must be very very important.
The speculations on Tinubu health is of serious concern to Nigerians as the prospect of a sick president looms.
