The presidential candidate of the Labour Party ,Mr Peter Obi has urged Nigerians to vote for competence and character as the key ingredients to clean the present mess.
Obi made this call today at the ongoing National Bar Association annual general conference in Lagos.
Speaking to reporters, the presidential hopeful argued that next year election was not about tribe or religion but how to end the accumulated effect of bad leadership.
He promised to end the insecurity in the country if elected.
Said Obi:’Nigeria is in a mess. We got here because of the accumulative effort of bad leadership. The coming election is not about tribe or religion but about character and competence. We need a bold transition from a highly insecured state to a highly secured state’.
