The National Broadcasting Commission has ordered the closure of AIT, Silverbird, Raypower and Rhythm FM.
The director general of NBC, Mallam Balarabe Shehu gave the order today.
The Pond news understands that the television and radio stations were closed because of their inability to renew their broadcasting license.
Shehu directed state officials of NBC to liase with security agencies to effect the order within 24 hours.
