Those in London are PDP heavy weights including former secretary to government and former Commissioners.
However ,there is no report of present government official in London for the bash.

The man of the moment is Chief Fred Majemite, the former Commissioner for Lands, Survey and Urban Development.

Agreed, they are free to spend their own even in space but there is the moral burden.
It could be recalled that Governor Sheriff Oborevwori sent a birthday message to Majemite as he marked sixty years on mother Earth.
Said the governor ;’On this special day of your diamond jubilee, it is my prayer that God will grant you many more years in good health to render greater service to God and humanity.’
