The vice presidential candidate of PDP and Governor of Delta State has said that his party and governors placed priority on human capital development.
Okowa made this remark yesterday while celebrating the third year of Governor Duoye Diri of Bayelsa state administration.
Okowa said it was a great pleasure to spend the day with Diri commissioning the Transport Terminal building in Igbogene and the Health Insurance House.
He also said PDP would continue to work to better the lives of Nigerians.

Okowa tweeted thus:’As he celebrates his 3rd in office, it was a great honour and a pleasure to spend today in Bayelsa state with my dear brother, Governor Duoye Diri, to commission two of his key projects, the Transport Terminal Building in Igbogene, and the Health Insurance House.
Once again, the Governors on the platform of the @OfficialPDPNig have shown that we prioritize the human capital development of our people – and will continue to work to better their lives.
