The Odio Ologbo of Oleh, HRM A. W. O. Ovrawah, Omogha I is neither arrested nor in detention.
The people of Oleh and the general public are advised to ignore the fake publication in some parts of the social media.
In statement made available today by Chief Jubilant Uzuazo Igelige said the purported arrest of the king was only in the imagination of the writer of the fake story.
Igelige said that appropriate legal action shall be taken.
Said Igelige : ‘It is unfortunate to say that, the symphony of multiple lies expressed in the said publication can best promote falsehood and deception, and that would be corrected by a prince of the palace. These immoral, immodest actions can neither dethrone nor devalue our revered king.’
Igelige said that the action of the prodigal son and his collaborators shall receive the full weight of the law.
