The governor of Delta State, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa today congratulated His Eminence, the Sultan of Sokoto Alhaji (Dr) Sa’ad Abubakar III on his 66th birthday.
Okowa in his official Twitter account said that his family, the Delta State government and the people of the state rejoiced with the Sokoto monarch on the occasion.
The governor who is also the PDP vice presidential candidate prayed that God should grant the Sultan more years of good health as he continued to serve Nigera.
Okowa tweeted:’On behalf of my family, the government, and the people of Delta, I felicitate with His Eminence, the Sultan of Sokoto,. Alhaji Dr Sa’ad Abubakar III, the Sokoto Emirate Council, the government, and the people of Sokoto State on his 66th birthday. I pray that Almighty Allah grants His Eminence more years in good health as he continues to serve the nation.’
