The Delta State Governments has stated its resolve in the speedy dispensation of justice to all Deltans.
Towards that goal, the welfare of judiciary staff shall be adequately addressed.
The State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa stated this yesterday while presenting the 2023 budget in the State House of Assembly.
Okowa said that a conducive atmosphere for the dispensation of justice shall be established.
He also said that the completion of the ultra modern high court building will be delivered by the end of his administration.
The governor also promised to strengthen the Independence. of the judiciary.
Said the governor :’We are therefore determined to create a conducive atmosphere for the dispensation of justice in the State. The completion of the ultra modern high court building will be delivered within the life of this administration. Mechanism are also being created and established in the state judiciary to strengthen her Independence and allow for timely handling of matters and quick dispensation of justice to the public”.
