Anioma born President of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Delta Central and South Senatorial Districts, Chief Chiedu Idama has asserted that Governor Ifeanyi Okowa is a true son of Anioma.
This was contained in his keynote address during the last Igbo Day celebration at the Warri Township Stadium.
Chiedu describedb Okowa as a good ambassador of Ndigbo.
He had earlier hailed Okowa over his nomination as the Vice presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP (PDP) in the 2023 general elections.
“We are proud of you. We wish to congratulate you on your most recent nomination as Vice President of your party, the PDP.
“We pray for more political heights for you,” he added.
The President of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Delta Central and South Senatorial Districts appreciated Okowa for giving appointment to three members of the group.
He however added that “We still looking forward for more political appointment for Ndigbo in by Delta Central and South Senatorial Districts” he added.
