The PDP vice presidential candidate and the governor of Delta State, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa has expressed hope that PDP shall win the Osun State governorship election billed for July 16, 2022.
Okowa made this declaration yesterday in Abuja while speaking to reporters after meeting the vice president Prof Yemi Osinbajo at Aso Rock.
The vice presidential hopeful disclosed that a lot is being done by PDP to win the Osun State governorship election.
He promised that PDP shall give the APC stiff competition in the election.
Said Okowa:’A lot is being done. We looked forward to the election. I am sure the APC would expect stiff competition’.
In a related development, Okowa while speaking during the inauguration ceremony of the Osun National Governorship Campaign Council, said the PDP shall exploit the disarray of the APC to win the election.
He therefore appealed to all PDP members in Osun State to work together as one family.
