The Labour Party presidential candidate Mr Peter Obi arrived in Lokoja today.
He was received by a crowd of supporters for the Kogi rally.
The presidential candidate disclosed this today via his verified Twitter account.
Obi appreciated the people of Kogi for the warm reception.
The presidential hopeful described Kogi as a land of agricultural production which fits into the Labour Party plan to move Nigeria from food consumption to food production .
Obi tweeted thus :’I just arrived in Lokoja for the Kogi rally, and to a warm welcome. Thanks to the people of Kogi for your warm hospitality. Kogi is a land of agricultural production, it is part of our plan on moving Nigeria from consumption to production ‘.
