The governorship candidate of the National Rescue Movement ,Chief America Emmanuel has promised to reform the educational system in Delta State.
Towards that goal, he said that school fees in teritary institutions would be reduced while poor students would enjoy full scholarship.
Emmanuel gave this indications while addressing youths and party supporters within the week in Ughelli.
The governoship hopeful said Delta State has enough resources to cater for the educational needs of the people.
On the economic front, the National Rescue Movement governorship candidate said at least five cottage industries shall be established in each local government areas to tackle youth unemployment.
The young governorship candidate who enjoys wide support of Deltans hails from Oleri in Udu local government areas.
