The president, Muhammadu Buhari has appealed to Nigerians over shortage of Naira notes and promised to fix the problem before the February 10 deadline.
The Nigerian leader also said he was aware of the cash shortage and hardship being faced Nigerians.
He promised that his government was doing everything to solve the problem.
The president through his verified Twitter account made this appeal today.
Buhari tweeted thus;’I am aware of the cash shortages and hardship being faced by people and businesses, on account of the Naira redesign. I want to assure that we are doing everything to resolve these issues. Nigerians should expect significant improvements between now and the February 10 deadline.’
