The burial of Mrs Cecilla Esiekpe Abanum, the mother of Mr Anthony Abanum, former ADP Ibusa staff, has been slated for 9th February, 2024 at Eboh Orogun in Ughelli North LGA of Delta State.
Madam Abanum died on 24th November 2023 at the age of 98 years.
In a statement issued by Chief Lucky Abanum on behalf of the family, the burial ceremony shall start on Thursday 8th February with a vigil mass at St Joseph’s Catholic Church Aragba Orogun.
Funeral mass on Friday 9th February and burial ceremony at Eboh Orogun.
Guests would be entertained at Eboh Orogun Secondary School.
There shall also be a thanksgiving service at St Joseph’s Catholic Church, Aragba Orogun on Sunday 11th February, 2024.
Part of the statement reads:’With gratitude to God Almighty for a life well spent, the families of late Abanum Nwakwu of Aragba Orogun and late Edi of Eboh Orogun in Ughelli North announced the passage of Mrs Cecilla Esiekpe Abanum at the ripe age of 98 years. May Mama soul rest in peace. Amen’
