INEC suffers 50 attacks

𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝚌𝚑𝚊𝚒𝚛𝚖𝚊𝚗 𝚘𝚏 𝙸𝙽𝙴𝙲 𝙿𝚛𝚘𝚏 𝙼𝚊𝚑𝚖𝚘𝚘𝚍 𝚈𝚊𝚔𝚞𝚋𝚞 𝚜𝚊𝚒𝚍 𝙸𝙽𝙴𝙲 𝚘𝚏𝚏𝚒𝚌𝚎𝚜 𝚊𝚌𝚛𝚘𝚜𝚜 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚌𝚘𝚞𝚗𝚝𝚛𝚢 were attacked fifty times.
He told the House of Representatives Ad Hoc committee investigating attacks on INEC facilities yesterday in Abuja.
Mahmood made the information available via INEC verified Twitter account.
He said the attacks took place in 15 states between 2019 and 2022.

There have been 50 attacks in 15 states between 2019 and 2022 (8 in 2019, 22 in 2020, 12 in 2021 and 8 so far in 2022).
