I ‘ll never betray your trust – Atiku
The PDP presidential candidate Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has given a solemn promise to people of Niger Delta region not to betray their trust.
Atiku made this pledge today in Asaba at the PDP mega rally.
He said he would continue to appreciate the Niger Delta people for always believing in him
The presidential hopeful maintained that Delta State has never failed him in his political career.
He said the choice of Senator Ifeanyi Okowa as vice presidential candidate was informed by that sense of loyalty.
Atiku gave the hint that Okowa was a potential president, saying that the vice president was a step from the president.
He castigated the APC for dividing the nation along ethnic and religious lines.
Earlier, Okowa was full of appreciation to his principal for making him the vice presidential candidate.
Okowa described Atiku as a presidential candidate with the capacity and experience to solve the problems of the country.
Okowa observed that APC pushed Nigeria into a hole, adding PDP was capable of bringing Nigeria out of the hole.
He charged voters to use their PVC to pepper’ the APC by voting them out in all elections.
