The PDP presidential candidate Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has promised to protect the rights of the girl child to quality education.
Atiku made the pledge today via his verified Twitter account to celebrate the international day of the girl child .
The presidential hopeful said all Nigerians must come together to protect and nurture the girl child.
He disclosed that he has a plan for safety and education of every Nigerian child especially the girls.
Atiku tweeted:’On International Day of the Girl Child, we must all come together to protect and nurture one of Nigeria’s greatest assets – our girl child. My plan for safety, education, and a level playing field will be critical in protecting their rights and future.’
