The National Rescue Movement governorship candidate in 2023 election, Popular Emmanuel America has commended the developmental stride of Elder Sheriff Oborevwori.
America who is also chairman of Inter Party Relations for Good Governance, expressed this sentiment today while speaking to reporters in Asaba, the Delta State capital.
He said that the provision of social amenities and building of roads can be felt in the three senatorial districts, adding that Oborevwori was indeed the governor of all Deltans.
The party chieftain made a particular reference to the mega projects like the Warri bridge flyers, adding that the governor showed a lot of seriousness by engaging Julius Berger to handle the project.
America observed that the governor has really surprised his critics that wrote him off, drawing inspiration from the saying that you do not judge a book by his cover.
America stated that if the governor continues with this rate of developing Delta State, 2027 governorship election shall be like eating a piece of cake.
He, however, called on the governor to take a second look at the Oleri bridge in Udu which is about to be washed away by the rains.
He maintained the need to salvage the bridge because of the tourism potentials of Oleri.
