Ebonyi state government yesterday honoured former President Goodluck Jonathan.
Also honoured was Dame Patience Jonathan, the wife of the former president.
Jonathan disclosed this information today via his verified Twitter account.
Jonathan thanked Governor Dave Umahi for the honour given to his family.
Jonathan tweeted thus :’Last night, my wife and I were among notable Nigerians that were honoured by the Ebonyi State Government at the maiden state honours award. I thank Governor Dave Umahi and the people of Ebonyi State for the love and warmth they have continued to extend to me and my family. ‘
