Don’t beg me for money – popular Nollywood artiste

A popular Nollywood artiste, Chinedu Ikedieze aka Aki has warned his fans not to beg him for money.
Ikedieze said it was so embarrassing as most of his fans via the social media begged him for money, stressing that he was not a millionaire.
The diminutive 45 year old film star expressed his anger on his Instagram page.
Aki came to national limelight with his soul mate, pawpaw hence the popular stage name : Aki and Pawpaw.
Aki said he was shocked when a fan of his demanded N29 million, wondering where he could get such money.
Said Aki :’Guys, I dey vex o. I am not happy. This thing is getting out of hand. How can you people turn my DM to Bank of Industry?
If I open my DM every time all I see is ‘oga, Bros please… Please .. Jesus! It is too much.
The way you guys dey beg this thing it is like say we no get responsibility.
If I start to share the money like that, it will finish. Any time I open my DM ‘Oga my mother is this’, My Oga is this’. Imagine someone begging me for $35,000 approximately N27 million. Another one was asking me for $,22,000 he wants to open a shop.’
Aki stated that those begging him for money gave the impression that he packed money somewhere and that he was being stingy.
The actor observed that the economic crunch was hitting everybody.
He pleaded with the beggars :’Guys abeg. Take am easy. You have opened an office on my head. Do not make it look if we do not do it something will happen to us.
