Delta State Commissioner for Higher Education, Dr. Kingsley Ashibuogwu, has pledged partnership with the staff and management of Delta State College of Education, Mosogar.
The Commissioner made this known in Mosogar during an official visit to the institution.
“We want to partner with you more closely than you have enjoyed over the years and I assure you that the state government will do anything within its reach to maintain the academic standard that has been put in place,” he stated.
While commending the management of the school for the peace ,the ministry had observed and enjoyed from them, he added that the assessment towards the institution value would be given attention to.
He admonished the management of the institution to have a synergy with other colleges of education within and outside the state in order to generate more income for the institution.
Earlier, the Provost of Delta State College of Education, Mosogar, Dr Israel Imide acknowledged the Executive Governor of Delta State, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa for his giant strides towards the academic sector.
He said that Delta State is seen as an educational advantage state, adding that the state government had taken education as their priority.
