A Nigerian police officer Giwa Aliyu made this revelation via his official Twitter account.
Aliya, superintendent of Police and Assistant Force Public Relations officer in Lagos said this:’Do you know adultery is a crime liable to two years imprisonment . The Panel Code Law section 387&388 state:387 Adultery by man.388 Adultery by a woman whoever being a man/woman in which extra marital sexual intercourse is recognised.
