The Labour Party presidential candidate Mr Peter Obi has appealed to Nigerians to collect their voters cards.
The Labour Party standard bearer made the appeal today in view of INEC extension of collection deadline to January 29.
Obi said that getting a voter card was so important as that is the only way one can participate in the voting process.
Obi made this appeal today via his verified Twitter account.
He encouraged his supporters to get their voters card as that is the only way to make him president of Nigeria.
Obi tweeted thus:’Fellow Nigerians, we are one step closer to victory. In order to exercise your constitutional right to elect me as your president, you must vote. In order to vote, you must collect your PVC. INEC has extended the PVC collection deadline to January 29.’
