The days of the council chairman of Bomadi LGA of Delta State, Hon Dagidi Andaye are numbered as the councillors are hell bent in impeaching him, Golden nation multi media reports today.
The councillors are dangling impeachment before the chairman based on allegations of gross misconduct and misappropriation of public funds.
To demonstrate their seriousness, the councillors have already notified the State House of Assembly.
Fifteen of the elected twenty councillors signed the impeachment notice.
The number is more than two-third as constitutionally required.
The councillors alleged that the chairman secured loans running into millions of Naira without their approval.
