The PDP presidential ticket of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and Senator Ifeanyi Okowa interacted with members of Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) today.
According to tweet by the PDP vice presidential candidate Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, the message was to build a new Nigeria that work.
Okowa argued that Nigerians must ‘change the change’ that had set the nation back for the past right years.
The Delta State governor maintained that the unity of Nigeria should be primary concern of all stakeholders.
He also promised to run inclusive government with his principal regardless the faith or place of birth of Nigerians.
Okowa tweeted thus :’To build a new Nigeria that works, we must ‘change the change’ that has set us back for the past eight years.This was the major takeaway from our presidential candidate, Alhaji @Atiku Abubakar’s, interactive session with the Christian Association of Nigeria,(CAN).
Most importantly, we must make the unity of the nation a primary concern of all stakeholders in the Nigerian project, while working to ensure the inclusion of all Nigerians – regardless of how they pray or where they come from’.
