Asaba to be rebranded -Ukah
Asaba, the capital city of Delta State in the nearest future shall bear new looks .
Chief Patrick Ukah, director general of Delta State Capital Development Territory Agency made this declaration yesterday in Okpanam after his swearing in by Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, Golden Nation Multimedia reports.
The former secretary to state government stated thus :The capital city will be rebranded to have a statue and character that will exhibit a capital city. It will be an example of what the MORE agenda means.’
Ukah disclosed that in the beautification and rebranding of Asaba, all stakeholders would be involved.

“We will involve stakeholders and talk to the people. I think there will be discipline in the system as well. I believe people must know what is right and wrong, we will make them understand so that people will not think that we are coming to fight them.”
He argued with the implementation of master plan for the capital city, all law abiding citizens would reap the benefits of the rebranded Asaba, adding that the task of securing and making the capital city clean should be for all.
He therefore solicited the cooperation and understanding of all residents of Asaba capital territory.
