An APC chieftain and former commissioner in Delta State Barrister Raymos Guanah has condemned in strong terms the murder of Mr Denis Egbejule and his son by suspected herdsmen in their farm in Toru Angiama.
Guanah, a House of Assembly candidate for Patani in March 2023 called on the security agencies to fish out those responsible for the act and bring them to justice.
He lamented that government was not forceful in implementing the ban against open grazing in Delta State.
Guanah said that commercial cultivation of grass was a huge business to encourage cattle ranching.
The former council chairman condoled the family of the deceased and urged farmers to be vigilant as they go about their occupation.
